We are excited to announce that registration for the 2023 AYSO Fall soccer season will open on April 15th and close on June 15th. As always, we will be accepting registrations on a first come, first serve basis. So, we encourage you to register early to secure your spot on one of our teams.  Please keep in mind that after June 15th, any registrations we receive will be placed on a wait list. But don't worry, if a spot becomes available, we will email you immediately to let you know.  To register, simply click on the "Register Now" button located in the top right corner of our website if it's your first time. If you have previously registered, please log in and follow the prompts. For new players, be sure to submit proof of age during the process.  We require a valid credit card for payment. However, we urge you to complete the registration process, even if you end up on the wait list. Otherwise, we won't be able to contact you once a spot becomes available.

Before registering, please check that your contact information is up to date. You can easily do this by logging into your account and clicking the "gear" symbol near the top right corner of the screen. Update any outdated information and make sure to save changes before exiting.  If you experience trouble logging in or have forgotten your username/password, don't panic. Just use the "forgot your username or password?" links on the login screen. If you still need assistance, please contact our Parent Support Line at 1-866-258-3303 during our business hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am-6pm EST and Friday, 9am-4pm EST.

Lastly, please refrain from creating a new account if your child has played with us in the last two years. Instead, call our support line for help with logging in.

We can't wait to see you all on the field this fall season!

This program is currently pending ( Signups at this time are for wait list only - no payment required)  Wait-listed players will receive updates by email.  NOTE:  Games in this program will vary depending on participation.  They may be small sided 3v3 up to 11 v 11 scrimmages.

Small sided games are fast paced and fun!  They offer many more touches on the ball, improve technical skills, offer many more goal scoring opportunities, increased 1 vs. 1 encounters in both attacking and defending and encourage creativity.

ABOUT AYSO

AYSO Region 232 provides a family-based, all-volunteer, recreational soccer experience for kids across the Verde Valley whose birth dates are between about 4 1/2 years to 19 years old of the current year. Determined to be safe, fun and fair we are guided by six basic principles: open registration, balanced teams, everyone plays, positive coaching, good sportsmanship, and player development.

Everyone plays (at least half of every game), Balanced teams (new teams every year is fairer and more fun), Open registration (all you have to have is the desire to play), Positive coaching (more fun leads to better skills and motivation), Good sportsmanship (safe, fun and fair is more important than the score), and Player development (every kid deserves the chance to be as good as they can be).

Remember to register early for next season. Typically registration is open mid-April.

You will be able to electronically sign your application AND pay online by debit or credit card right there and then. No more printing out forms and bringing them in or mailing them!

COST:
Early Bird Special:  Cost before June 16th $70 for one child; $130 for two brother/sisters; $40 for additional brothers/sisters.
Regular Cost after June 15th for one child is $100; for two siblings from the same family is $190; for three siblings $260; for each sibling thereafter add $70.
There will be a $2.75 charge for registrations made after the first one. To avoid the transaction fee, register all children at one time.
Each registration fee provides for Annual AYSO Membership Fee for the 2022-2023 season, Soccer Accident Insurance (a full excess policy see www.ayso.org), and a uniform jersey, shorts and socks.  You are not registered until we receive payment.

Letter from the new Regional Commissioner for AYSO 232.

My name is Aaron Walksler and I'm honored to introduce myself as the newly appointed Regional Commissioner for AYSO 232. First and foremost, I’m super excited to report that AYSO 232 will continue the tradition of recreational youth soccer in the Verde Valley thanks to several volunteers who stepped in to fill vital positions to the organization.
It is heartening to see the overwhelming support we have received from the community. Our volunteers have stepped up, filling crucial roles within the organization and helping us thrive. I am thrilled to see this level of dedication to youth soccer in the region, which is precisely what makes it such a great place to live and raise a family. I think I speak on behalf of our entire community when I say THANK YOU to the exiting board members who helped keep the AYSO program alive and running well for so many years!!
As we continue on this mission, I strongly encourage all of you to consider supporting the youth in the community by volunteering. Whether you are interested in refereeing, coaching, or just helping out in any way you can, we welcome you with open arms. On April 15th, AYSO Player and Volunteer Registration will open up, bringing a wealth of opportunities for those who wish to get involved.
The AYSO 232 Board and I are committed to driving new and existing initiatives that will benefit the region. We believe that having a strong focus on initiatives like increasing volunteer-ship throughout our community, providing easier access to better quality field conditions, and offering new-to-the-game coaches guidance and resources, will help elevate the soccer experience for everyone in the Verde Valley.
I want to express my gratitude and delight at the opportunity to serve you and contribute to the success of AYSO in our community. Your support for our volunteers and initiatives will help us keep our kids on the fields, having positive experiences, and building an even stronger community in the process. I encourage you all to act on your desire to volunteer and join us in fulfilling our mission by clicking here šŸ‘‰šŸ¼ www.ayso232.org. Login or create an account and go to My Account, Select VOLUNTEER on the Left, then Find Volunteer Roles on the Top Right.
Follow us Facebook to get important news, updates, training videos to share with your player, and soccer humor!
Thank you for your time, and I look forward to seeing you at the fields!
Sincerely,
Aaron Walksler
