* Please be kind to your referee, if you're lucky enough to have one. They, like you, will make mistakes and you may disagree with some of their calls (or non-calls). They, like you, will appreciate your constructive and positive support at all times. We want (need) to keep referees coming back so PLEASE be kind at all times.

* As a 100% volunteer run organization, the kids in our region need adult volunteers to help them have a fun soccer season. Your benefit to volunteering is to have a good time along with the reward of knowing that you made a big and positive difference in their lives, and we're helping to keep these kids off the street and give them something to look forward to that they love to take part in.

* We are inviting you to help by volunteering your time to referee games or help run our region by becoming a board member.

* It takes just 1-2 hours per week of your time to volunteer as a board member or referee.  Your 1 or 2 hours a week will make a huge difference for the kids in our region. Please consider signing up to volunteer for a board position or referee today at ayso232.org.
